Photos:
You will receive partially edited photos (just light correction) through an online private gallery via e-mail. You may select the number of photos you like based on the package selected. Once photos are selected, you will receive the edited versions within the next 10 working days or earlier (Jpeg format high res). Each photo beyond the package costs 200 CZK/piece. Express production within a week for an additional charge of 1000 CZK. We do not provide unedited photos.
Payment:
The deposit is due before the actual photography. The rest of the payment is made after your selection of photos in the gallery.
Scheduling:
We accept a change of date no later than 24 hours before the agreed date. We will then agree on an alternative date together. We provide a replacement date only once, unfortunately it is not in our power to do it repeatedly. Also, if you wish to cancel the photo shoot, the deposit in non refundable. We archive your photos for 1 month. We recommend a backup to a safe place.
